"THANK YOU" from the Charities you Support

Each year, the campaign office receives hundreds of letters from the charities expressing their thanks for the donations they receive through the All Charities Campaign. Here are excerpts from some of those letters (in alphabetical order).

SPECIAL THANKS ...

Since 1966, the campaign has enjoyed the support of the Manitoba Government in many ways ... employee volunteers are allowed to canvass their fellow employees in the workplace; campaign events are planned and held in locations throughout the Province; funding is provided to assist with administrative expenses including salaries for two staff; office space is also provided. All of this support is crucial to the continuing operation and success of the campaign each year.

The MGEU has also provided support and funding. The Union assisted with the opening of the campaign office in 1986 by providing funding to hire a full-time administrator. The MGEU also provides a grant each year to assist with the printing of posters, door stickers and the catalogue of agencies that is published every two years. The Union's support is also very important to the campaign's success.

We wish to thank both the Government of Manitoba and the MGEU for their continued support each year.
